Bel’s continuing to explore this week’s grounded practice by activating the feet as part of the gentle class this morning. Please bring a ball to class - tennis ball is ideal, a rubber ball, bouncy ball, spiky Pilates ball will work too or, as we discovered on Tuesday, a rolling pin can do the trick too...
