An 8-week transformative journey as we explore the chakras, beginning with the Root Chakra in Week 1 and culminating with the Crown Chakra in Week 8. This series is designed to gradually build your understanding of each chakra, helping you unlock deeper levels of energy, balance, and self-awareness.

Each week, we’ll focus on one of the seven chakras, using a combination of techniques such as gentle movement, breathwork, visualisation, and meditation. By the end of the series, you’ll have aligned your entire energetic system, from grounding yourself in the stability of the Root to connecting with the divine energy of the Crown.

While attending individual sessions is possible, a consistent practice over the full eight weeks will allow you to experience more profound and lasting results. Each hour-long session is a step towards cultivating a greater sense of harmony, inner peace, and vitality.

Expect to feel energised and more in tune with your body and spirit as we open, balance, and activate each chakra in sequence. The meditations and visualisations will guide you through these energy centres, helping you clear blockages and invite higher frequencies into your daily life.

We’ll also leave time for integration, reflection, and sharing at the end of each session. Feel free to bring a journal to capture any insights or reflections from your practice.
