Bel will lead you through a mindful, relaxing and restorative Yoga practice incorporating movement and holds, songs and gentle stretches for your baby.
This style of Yoga promotes bonding and eases common complaints such as colic, restlessness and unexplained crying. Baby yoga can help to support your baby’s development and helps you build awareness of their growth and development.
These classes are friendly, inclusive and promote a sense of community and new friendships. You'll sit in circle with with the same group of women each week coming to appreciate and trust the support that you find in this wonderful and often challenging stage of your life.
After the class we have a cuppa and a snack.
