What to expect...
Gentle - Slower paced class to take time moving into postures

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.

Suitable for those who enjoy a spacious practice with time to feel the body and breath, those recovering from injury who wish not to be up and down off the floor, or those who want to approach their practice from a different angle to gain new perspective. 

Chair Yoga is part of a series of 6 and must be booked in blocks of 6.
