Looking forward to introducing your little one to a supportive and nurturing social setting? Join our parent and baby course - a friendly, inclusive group built on warmth and community.

The Course 
Continue to deepen your bonding experience with your baby through physical touch and play, whilst making sure you yourself get the care and attention you deserve during this demanding phase of parenthood. Gentle asana and breathing practices will make for a supportive, nurturing and calm environment in which you can enjoy quality time with your little one. (45 minute led session, followed by refreshments and social time) 

Refreshments after the session provided at a local family-friendly cafe where there is more space to maintain distancing with pushchairs etc. 

A six week, pre-booked course, maintaining a regular and consistent circle of mummies and their little one. 

C-19 Safety
Limited to 8 mummies and their baby/babies (twins are welcome). 
Covid pre-screen questionnaire completed in advance for everyone's peace of mind and safety.
Studio room floors are cleaned between every session.
