Every woman will experience menopause but every woman's experience will be unique. 

By developing knowledge, support and community menopause can be made more manageable and women can be empowered within their experience. 

Join specialist yoga teacher, Bel Harvey, in this three hour workshop which explores the topic of heat in the body, hot flushes - why they happen and how to manage them. 

We will discuss how to combine western medical approaches with the eastern practices of yoga and meditation and how to apply breath work and mindfulness approaches. 

This workshop is part of a series that will explore all stages of the menopause:
Perimenopause, Menopause, Post Menopause. 
Each workshop will have a unique theme.

We will explore stress, nutrition, symptoms, causes and how to find your voice at this transformational time of life. 

Over time you will build a comprehensive toolkit and a sense of community, perhaps even a sense of sisterhood. 

This is an 'in studio' workshop with limited spaces due to Covid guidance. In case the studio is closed (for C19 for example) the workshop will be rescheduled.

Ticketed events are prepay, non refundable/transferable - please ensure you can attend before booking.
