What to expect...
Gentle - Slower paced class to take time moving into postures

An inclusive practice for ALL - whether you prefer more time to feel into the still spaces of the postures, love using props, are recovering from injury or have limited mobility. 

Everybody Yoga gives you access to a vast range of practises thought eh use of a wide range of props and techniques. 

Expect the following: breath practices (pranayama), physical postures (asana), meditation (pratyahara).
