An inclusive practice for ALL- whether you prefer more time to feel into the still spaces of the postures , love using props, are recovering from injury or have limited mobility. Everybody Yoga gives you access to a vast range of practices through the use of a wide range of props and techniques.
Expect the following practices: pranayama (breathing), asana (physical posture), pratyahara (sense withdrawal meditation).
You will need:
- A chair
- A strap (dressing gown cord works well, but long is best)
If you have yoga blocks, please bring them, otherwise I will let you know what can be used as alternatives at the start of the session depending on the practice and it's role.
