YOUR'E JUST OVER THINKING IT, it's all in your head, you'll be fine....its likely people said these words to you, and despite being well intentioned, have ended up making you feel MORE isolated, MORE helpless and MORE anxious.
Anxiety is difficult to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it first hand - it saps your sense of control, robs you of pleasure and leaves you physically and emotionally drained. So many of you work tirelessly on a daily basis to navigate your anxiety and believe yoga can give you a road map to do so.
Physical yoga poses, simple meditations and breathing pracrices are some the most effective self-care strategies to regulate the stress response and rebalance the nervous system.
Our Yoga for Anxiety Workshop, will take you on a journey to explore yoga as a powerful tool to find the breath, balance nervous system, soothe the mind and develop the self regulation response.
All levels and experience welcome.
Suitable for absolute beginners.
