Celebrate the magic of the Summer Solstice with us on Saturday, 21st June 2025, as we greet the longest day of the year with an early morning of connection, reflection, and renewal.
We’ll begin at 6:30 AM, immersing ourselves in the vibrant energy of the solstice and the uplifting symphony of birdsong. Starting with a gentle introduction to Forest Bathing, you'll be mindfully guided to connect with the sensory richness of the woodland as it awakens to the new day.
