In tune with the changing seasons, we’ve designed an autumn/winter series of Hygge Yoga - a soothing, soul-nourishing practice to carry you through the colder months.
Hygge (pronounced “hue-guh”) is a Danish concept that celebrates all things cosy and comforting. Imagine wrapping yourself in soft blankets, sipping spiced tea, and the scent of warm gingerbread filling the air. Just as nature begins to hibernate, these sessions invite us to slow down, reflect, and embrace the stillness of the season. And that’s more than okay—it’s essential.
Join us this winter to explore the art of cherishing yourself on and off the mat. Under Aly’s guidance, you’ll be led through a nourishing two-hour practice that weaves together gentle flows, deepening yin postures, restorative yoga, and meditation. You’ll also gain practical ideas for bringing the spirit of Hygge into your home and daily life.
