Winter Solstice Cold Moon Workshop
Join Roseanna for an evening of peace, reflection, and renewal as we welcome the Winter Solstice and the Cold Moon with guided meditation, self-discovery, cacao, and journaling.
The Winter Solstice on December 21st marks the longest night and the turning point where the light begins to return. In many spiritual traditions, the solstice brings powerful energies of renewal, introspection, and deep transformation as we embrace the darkest night of the year and prepare for the growing light ahead.
The Cold Moon, which rises close to the solstice, represents the clarity and stillness of winter, encouraging us to turn inward. This sacred time of the year invites grounding, deep reflection, and rest as we align with nature’s cycles. The solstice encourages us to release what no longer serves us and make space for renewal, much like the stillness before the dawn. It is a powerful time for looking back on the year, acknowledging growth, and letting go of old patterns. Through the evening, we'll focus on finding inner harmony, nurturing our intentions, and embracing the quiet wisdom of winter.
