Autumn Equinox & Full Harvest Moon Workshop
Join us for a special evening of reflection, balance, and gratitude as we honour the Autumn Equinox and the Full Harvest Moon on Friday, 19th September 2025. Through guided meditation, self-discovery practices, cacao, and journaling, we will align with the seasonal transition and the abundant energy of the moon.
The Autumn Equinox
The Autumn Equinox marks the point in the year when day and night are equal, symbolising balance, harmony, and the turning of the seasons. It is a time to pause, reflect, and honour the cycles of nature as we transition from the warmth and growth of summer into the introspection and release of autumn. This sacred moment invites us to find equilibrium in our lives, embrace change, and express gratitude for the harvest of our efforts, both physically and spiritually.
The Full Harvest Moon
The Full Harvest Moon, named for its historical significance to farmers working late into the evening by its light, represents abundance, fulfilment, and gratitude. Occurring closest to the equinox, this moon enhances the themes of completion and preparing for the quieter months ahead. Its luminous energy invites us to reflect on what we have cultivated, celebrate our achievements, and release what no longer serves us, creating space for new growth.
Together, the equinox and the Harvest Moon offer a powerful time for grounding, self-awareness, and embracing the natural rhythms of change.
