A slow, mindful flow to explore feeling the body. 

This class is an invitation to explore the profound connection between, mind, body and spirit. 

Through a blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, meditation and visualisation you will cultivate a deep sense of embodiment and presence.

Develop self-compassion, gently build strength, flexibility and resilience whilst finding the balance and place of peace that resides within.
