Indulge in a transcendent aerial experience designed to rejuvenate your body and calm your mind. A specialised workshop that combines the artistry of aerial cocooning with restorative techniques to create a deeply immersive relaxation session.

In this workshop, participants will be guided through a series of gentle, supported movements within the aerial cocoon, a suspended fabric hammock. As you nestle into the cocoon, you'll experience a unique sense of weightlessness and support, allowing for a release of tension and a profound sense of ease.

Throughout the session, our experienced instructor will lead you through a carefully curated sequence of stretches, poses, and breathing exercises, focusing on each part of your body from head to toe. This holistic approach ensures that every muscle group is gently stretched and relaxed, promoting a sense of overall well-being.

Note: Participants should wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing and avoid loose jewellery or accessories. All necessary aerial equipment will be provided.
