Join us for a deeply meditative journey bathed in the rich and beguiling vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes, percussion and complementary instruments. As you settle into the silks, feel the gentle embrace holding you like a soft hug, while the air is filled with magical sounds that guide your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation.
Simply cocoon yourself in the silks and let the sound be your guide. Beginning with a grounding meditation, your guide will expertly hold space for you as you traverse a rich and soothing soundscape, finding restoration, release and restfulness.
To enhance your experience, bring your own cosy items - dress in layers, fluffy socks, bring a soft blanket if you wish, perhaps an eye pillow, or anything else that helps you feel extra snug and comfortable. The more you surround yourself with comfort, the more sumptuous the journey.
