What to expect...
All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

This upcoming workshop Connect To Your Pelvic Power is designed for women that want to feel less pain, reduce stress incontinence, heal from a trauma or simply feel more feminine.

In this very special 3 hour workshop, you’ll learn how to harness tools to shape your pelvic health:

✔ Breath - We’ll explore a style of breathing that uses the whole of the diaphragm of all of our breathing muscles from the nose all the way down to the pelvic floor
✔ Alignment - We’ll look at how to get organs into place through yoga using internal and external rotations for the pelvis
✔ Stability and Mobility - We’ll feel into your pelvis and become more aware of how it feels on a daily basis
✔ Emotion - We’ll explore the root feelings of flight and flight, and the sacral centre of pleasure and creativity, all connected with this area
✔ Regulation - We’ll learn how to embrace feelings of change, letting go and transition through our feminine phases and womb cycles

Victoria will provide you tools that you can take forward into your daily life, helping you to build habits on and  off the mat so you can show up healthier, happier, and more aligned.
