What to expect...
Gentle - Slower paced class to take time moving into postures

Through a combination of gentle movement, breath work and restorative yoga poses, this class will offer you an opportunity to press the pause button, enter a state of deep relaxation and experience a sense of coming home to yourself.

Grounding, mindful and restorative. A perfect way to wind down. 

This is a floor based practice, using the floor and a variety of Yoga props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort. Participants must be comfortable getting up and down from a lying down position.

Class is available in person at the studio and online via Zoom. If attending online please be aware that you will need some items to support the practice: 

In studio we will use:
A bolster 
One or two large yoga blankets
One soft fleece blanket
One Yoga belt/strap
Two Yoga blocks
Two Yoga Bricks
Eye pillows

If practising from home please gather your yoga props ahead of class or items that work well as a substitute. Most people have access to cushions, bed pillows and blankets. If you don't have blocks/bricks a stack of books can work. A regular belt or dressing gown cord can be used for a belt. If you intend to practice from home on a regular basis we advise you invest in some props - the bolster is your biggest investment (About £40) and blocks and bricks are reasonably priced and widely available online.
