What to expect...
Gentle - Slower paced class to take time moving into postures

A 75 minute extended Sunday rest practice with Bel. 

This online practice runs around once a month and explores the slow down practices of restorative Yoga, guided breath practices, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness. 

You will need a variety of props to enjoy this practice to the full:
(if you don't have these props contact Bel to discuss alternatives you can find around the home)

a yoga bolster
yoga blocks (2)
yoga bricks (2)
eye pilllows (one for the eyes and 2 for the palms of the hands
a yoga belt/strap
blankets - ideally 2/3 large blankets and one softer fleece style blanket. 

You'll need a quiet, warm space at home and perhaps a lit candle, a warm drink and a pair of cosy socks. 

75 minutes of guided bliss.
