All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

Rest the body and free the mind to journey, to find inner wisdom, restoration and healing for body, mind, spirit and soul. 

Let Bel take you on a journey to the soft, gentle spaces of the heart. Finding comfortable positions for the body whilst the mind is immersed in a soothing soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls, gentle gong and Celtic drum. A sprinkling of chimes and bells and other sounds from worlds and realms beyond our own consciousness. 

These gentle sounds will take you where you need to be to find peace and a place to rest. 

90 minutes of bliss. An opportunity to retreat from the busyness of life, the hustle, the bustle the never ending list of things to do. Come to a place where all you have to do is 'BE'.
