Mixed Level - Medium physical demand with options to work towards stronger variations
Principle: AhimsaThis two-day workshop focuses on Ahimsa (non-violence) as a guiding principle.
The workshop includes one and a half hours of asana practice, followed by discussions on alignment and preparations for half an hour.
Objective:The objective is not merely to achieve physical expressions in asanas, but to sustain the practice with consistent progress for a complete experience. We will prepare the body for a series of backbends like Khapathasana, Eka pada rajakapothasana, emphasizing longer practice duration.
Eligibility:
Preparation:As part of the preparation, please include lateral bends and three rounds of navasana in your regular practice.
