What to expect...
All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

Guided meditation and pranayama (breathing), followed by Yoga Nidra. 

6 weeks to build a practice and see a real difference in your wellbeing. 


Meditation- focus training. A form of sense withdrawal and extended one pointedness of the mind. 
Take time to find your inner sense of self through through a variety of closed and open meditative practices.  

Pranayama - breathing practices
Nurture a deeper connection to the breath whilst establishing greater awareness of your thought patterns and increased ability to still the mind.

Yoga Nidra; ultimate relaxation for body and mind.
Still the physical and mental body, and move into a new plane of consciousness of creativity, receptivity and self awareness.
