What to expect...
All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

Gentle movement and mindfulness for the postnatal period for you and your new baby.

Suitable for babies from 8/10 weeks up to crawling and on the move!

Bel will lead you through a mindful, relaxing and restorative yoga practice incorporating movement and holds, songs and actions for your baby. This style of yoga promotes bonding and eases common complaints such as colic, restlessness and unexplained crying. Baby yoga can help to support your baby’s development.

These classes are friendly, inclusive and promote a sense of community and new friendships. After the class we have a cuppa and a biscuit.
