Yoga for Runners
Whether you’re a sprinter, a jogger, a marathon or fun runner this 90 minute 'Sports Yoga Class' with Vanessa will give you tools to build physical and mental stamina to stay on top of runners niggles and your training.
This sequence incorporates full body awareness while focusing on areas including the hip flexors, quads, glutes, hamstrings, psoas, IT band, and low back. It’s suitable for all levels.
Not a runner? No worries! This is for you too. This class is the perfect session to keep the lower body strong and flexible. Keep your muscles and joints happy and healthy for long term strength building and balance.
