Rest the body and free the mind to journey, to find inner wisdom, restoration and healing for body, mind, spirit and soul. 

This class will offer you an opportunity to press the pause button, enter a state of deep relaxation and experience a sense of coming home to yourself.

Let Bel take you on a journey to the soft, gentle spaces of the heart. Finding comfortable positions for the body whilst the mind is immersed in the inner journey of sensation., taking you where you need to be to find peace and a place to rest. 

Grounding, mindful and restorative. A perfect way to wind down. 

90 minutes of bliss. An opportunity to retreat from the busyness of life, the hustle, the bustle the never ending list of things to do.

Come to a place where all you have to do is 'BE'. 

This is a floor based practice, using the floor and other Yoga props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort. Participants must be comfortable getting up and down from lying down positions.
