All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

PAIN IN THE BACK? Weak core? Most of us have a inkling our core could be stronger. Most of us will experience bouts of back pain. A third of us each year! Yoga as a general practice is superb for back care as it strengthens the core and brings greater movement to the spine. This course goes even further. The aerial silks provide something mat yoga cannot - traction. We can use the silks to physically lengthen the spine by separating out the vertebrae whilst creating balance, strength and mobility.

Suitable for those with chronic pain, scoliosis, lordosis, kyhphosis, sciatica, herniated discs. The silks will be used to meet your physical condition and strength. Absolute beginners most encouraged.

Please be aware before booking, that prepay course sessions are non TRANSFERABLE and non REFUNDABLE. Refunds or alternative sessions will not be given for sessions not attended.

Please bring your mat and a water bottle. 

Safety advice for Aerial 
  • remove all jewellery and watches
  • don't wear body lotions or oils
  • arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins
  • yoga mats are provided if you are unable to bring your own
  • wear loose (but not baggy) comfortable clothing
  • inform the teacher of any existing injuries or medical issues
