All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

This practice will help you connect with your ever-changing body, breath and bump during this magnificent feat of human development. Poses will help to alleviate the aches and pains your body may be experiencing, and to gather tools for a calm and empowered birth, whatever type of delivery you hope for.

This session is a wonderful place to connect with other women who are experiencing pregnancy at the same time as you and to spend important time dedicated to your wellbeing, your journey towards motherhood (whether this is your first baby or not) and creating a mind-body bond between you and your baby.
