Aerial silks support and facilitate the body into new spaces and allow an exploration of postures with a fresh approach. And at the Breathing Space, we're all about exploration to deepen our practice.
Join us each Friday morning for a glorious hour in which we retreat into the still spaces within the body, breath and mind. The practice will combine juicy yin-like stretches, gentle movements and hypnotic rocking using the support of the aerial silks.
