Don't be fooled - this can be PROPer challenging and isn't just about making postures 'easier' but finding alignments that elevate your Hatha practice. 

During this practice we use chairs, blocks and straps bricks, blankets, aerial daisy chains to bring the posture to the body with PRECISION. A workshop to focus on exploring the alignment of the asana for your body to hold postures for several minutes to harness mental resilience. A great practice for people who want to understand their body and alignment to facilitate dynamic practices, or prefer a less dynamic approach generally.
