Feel the full benefit of every asana with the use of chairs, blocks and straps. A class to focus on exploring the alignment of the asana for your body to hold postures for several minutes to harness mental resilience.
A great practice for people who want to understand their body and alignment to facilitate dynamic practices, or prefer a less dynamic approach generally.

FOR ONLINE 
You will need: 
  • Chair (dining room ok, but folding chair with partially open back is best)
  • Strap (long, or loop two straps together if you can) or use a dressing gown tie
  • Blocks 
  • Bricks 
  • Bolster
