A soothing sequence of postures supported by props and held for longer periods. This approach allows you not only to experience a deep physical release, but also to appreciate the broader impact of physical practice on your emotional and psychological wellbeing.

This class will offer you an opportunity to press the pause button, enter a state of deep relaxation and experience a sense of coming home to yourself.

Grounding, mindful and restorative. A perfect way to wind down. 

This is a floor based practice, using the floor and other Yoga props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort. Participants must be comfortable getting up and down from a lying down position.
