A gentle and luxurious floor (or maybe bed) based sequence all topped off with a deeply relaxing subtle practices.

You’ll feel well and truly tucked in and ready for bed.

This gentle class is for All Levels with a focus on deep release, stretches, relaxation and preparation for sleep. (Pregnancy and Injury Friendly)
