 Come join our NEW CLASS on Monday evenings 8.30-9.30pm.
 PYJAMA YOGA plus pranayama (breathing practice), meditation or YOGA NIDRA
 A gentle and luxurious floor (or maybe bed) based sequence all topped off with a deeply relaxing subtle practice.

You’ll feel well and truly tucked in and ready for bed.

This gentle class is for All Levels with a focus on deep release, stretches, relaxation and preparation for sleep.
