What to expect...
All Levels - reconnect within, explore a deeper practice

Every woman will go through the menopause, but every woman's experience of it is different. 
By developing knowledge, support and community menopause can be made more manageable and women can become empowered by their experience.

Join specialist yoga teacher Bel Harvey in this 2.5 hour workshop. We'll explore the broad topic of Menopause, consider ways to manage symptoms and explore the idea of combining western health approaches with the eastern practices of yoga and meditation. How to apply breath work and mindfulness. 

We have chosen this date specifically as it's close to the Summer Solstice and falls just before a new moon so we can work with the potent energies available to us. 

The workshop will include elements of gentle yoga, breathing practises, guided relaxation and sound healing. We will start and end with a women's circle. There will be opportunity for conversation and personal reflection and you'll be invited to bring along a journal and pen. 

This workshop is part of a series that will explore all stages of the menopause:
Perimenopause, Menopause, Post Menopause and each workshop will have a unique theme. 

We will explore stress, nutrition, symptoms, causes and how to find your voice at this transformational point of your life.

Over time you will build a comprehensive toolkit and a sense of community, and hopefully a sense of sisterhood.

This is an 'in studio' only workshop.
